Day Eighteen: Arrival in Panama's Shelter Bay

We've been hove to since 9 pm or so , in the approaches to the breakwater. There are ships everywhere, many at anchor outside the breakwater. The guy from Shelter Bay emailed me to plan arrival during daylight so that's why we hove to during the night, slowly drifting toward the coast, then hoving to on the other tack and slowly drifting toward the breakwater.
