80s and sunny!
When you order a rum and Coke in this bar, the bartender (aka "Sparkly Dude" because he'd been taking down Christmas decorations) would plop down on the bar a glass with ice, a bottle of rum and a bottle of Coke! Needless to say, the proportions were scary and the results - hilarious!
