Thursday 20th March towards Grenada
20 March 2014
All is well. Very hot, not a lot of wind at times, then little squalls. Pip is sulking- she shelters from the burning sun underneath her Brighton Festival Chorus umbrella, or she did until it blew overboard. Signs of life in the past three days include 1 bird that hitched a lift for a while, 1 dolphin, and 1 fishing boat, all cause for great excitement. Baked 2 loaves of bread, but caught no fish. We both spend time thinking about our families, can't wait to be in proper contact again. We also plan the wild celebrations for, say, getting halfway, crossing the equator etc. Wild celebrations might be, well, having a can of coke or opening a packet of biscuits. Curry for tea. Pip
