Had to work thru March after all...just policy. Go figure. New last day is 15 April 2010 and I'll be leaving Bldg R after 13 years at SAS Institute. Meanwhile we are making raised bed, tearing the master deck off (and using some of that wood for the beds) and starting to plant gardens at Lake Gaston. Weather has improved. :)
Now, if we can only get our supplier to stock the rest of the SheerLine Decking we need to finish up our dock before the 6 month permit expires next month about this time...we could be done with that, except for some finishing touches, like wind vane, diving board, and a couple of ladders, but those should be fairly simple and do not affect the permit. I am ready for retirement, I think. SAS may be holding a party for me at Herron's in Cary...should be fun on April Fool's Day. Are they kidding!?
