FL Disc Golf

If you saw the June, 2010 posting, this one has a similar picture with the singular exception: No turtle! I played Disc Golf today with myself at the Bill Frederick Park. Almost every hole had a small, taped off area with a hole in its middle. Turns out these are protected holes of Gopher Tortoises, aka land turtles. I did not see even one of them, but there appears to be a lot of them in this park, or one very voracious digger!
I am enjoying the warm, sunny days here in central Florida. I walk a couple of miles almost every day and sight-see using the auto as well. Shopping, cafes, and pubs are all within walking distance of my hotel. I spent a day at Celebrations, a Disney created town near here, and another day house hunting on the east coast.
