Hanging in Little Harbour
09 April 2016
Becky
We're heading down towards Little Harbour today. Nemo is planning to join us . We'll buddy boat !!!
SeaQuell departs Galleon Bay around 8:30 am. We say our goodbyes to Doug-- can't thank him enough for the hospitality!!!!
We meet up with Nemo around 9:00 , and head towards Lynyard Cay, our anchorage for tonight. We motorsail with both the main and the jib, arriving Lynyard Cay around 3 pm. Nemo rafts up alongside.
We jump in the dinghy for a shore run--- Maggie is happy until the tide begins to come in-- forcing her to dog paddle a little. We walk on the Sandy beach, finding a few shells, and stretching our legs.
Back aboard SeaQuell around 6 pm, we enjoy a cold libation or two, and make plans for a dinner of leftovers. After dinner, we look at weather, and chat about tomorrow's plans. We will enter Little Harbour with a rising tide , and hunker down there for several days.
We arrive Little Harbour around 10 am , and quickly grab a mooring ball. Nemo waits for a big powerboat to vacate the ball beside us, and ties up there. Several large turtles are our welcoming committee today.
We seem to have decent internet here, so may be able to post some pics later. Little Harbour is one of our favorite spots.
