Going to Green Turtle to Hide Out

Tuesday April 8
Up around 7:00. Coffee, relaxing in the cockpit. Once again , we're waiting for mid-tide.
We have to get thru Don't Rock Cut on our way to Green Turtle Cay, and it's VERY shallow.
We plan to hunker down in Green Turtle for the next day or two, waiting for some nasty weather to pass.
A dolphin came by for a morning visit--- he swam around the boat for several minutes; giving us quite a show!!
We leave this lovely place around 10:30 am. Karma is following along with us. Our lowest depth crossing Don't Rock was 0.4 ft. below the keel. Now that'll make ya pucker!!!!
We arrived in Green Turtle Cay around 1:00 pm. Had a little trouble anchoring, so we took a mooring ball. Quick lunch of leftovers and cold beer.
The guys worked on the wind generator most of the afternoon. Judy and I napped and read.
We had dinner aboard Karma. Baked Ziti and salad with LOTS of liquid refreshment,
Everyone had a great time!!
Late bedtime--- the wind is howling, and it's drizzling rain. Thankful to be in this protected anchorage.
