Up around 8:30. Poor Robert just came to bed a few hours ago. He watched over SeaQuell most of the night. The winds howled like crazy, and we rocked all night.
2 boats ended up aground during the night. A large catamaran broke anchor and drug two other boats with it.
A local boater got the boats back floating once the tide started coming in. Unsure how much damage was done. Very thankful not to be involved.
We rented a golf cart, and went exploring. We retrieved our ammo from the customs office. Had a great lunch at The Wrecking Tree. Walked all around the village of New Plymouth. We went to the bakeries, some gift shops, and a small grocery store. We bought some more coconut bread, an oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookie, and a slice of chocolate chip cheesecake. Also bought some stone crab claws to try later for lunch or dinner.
Enjoyed lovely views of the ocean!!
Back to SeaQuell for showers and dinner. After dinner, Judy and I experimented with making coconut macaroons from the fresh coconuts we picked up earlier in the week. Yummy!!!!!!
With very full tummies, we enjoy some before bedtime conversation, and make our plans for tomorrow. Hoping to make Great Sail Cay or Mangrove Cay tomorrow.
