Fun in Treasure Cay

This morning starts off with yet another repair!! We tried to start the generator , and it runs for just a second or two, and stops. Damnit!!!! It's always something!!

Robert troubleshoots this issue while I do some much needed housekeeping. By noon, the generator is running, the dog fur is down to a dull roar, and both heads are clean.

Time for some fun!!!! We dinghy over to the dock where Nemo and Bay Breezin' are. We decide to rent a golf cart and ride down to the food truck for lunch. We have an assortment for a picnic lunch on the beach--- turkey, fried chicken, potato salad, and peas and rice. Yummy!!!!!

After lunch, we spend the afternoon riding around in the golf cart , checking out the beaches, and the "neighborhoods". We make a stop at the BTC store for Robert to purchase a SIM card for his IPhone. Next stop, the liquor store . Next stop, the grocery store. Laden down with our purchases, we head back to the boats to store our goods. Then, we're off again!

We head to the Bahama Beach Club for afternoon cocktails and a nice soak in the hot tub. It feels wonderful!!!!

After our excursion, we return to our respective boats for dinner, with plans to meet on SeaQuell for a game of Mexican Train Dominoes after dinner.

We begin our game of dominoes around 7:30. Just after dark, we hear someone shout "dinghy loose"!!!! Sure enough, Don's dinghy is scoot in' across the mooring field. The guys rescued the dinghy, and we returned to our game.

Around 10 pm, we call it a night. We'd played half a game of dominoes, but we're all tired. This game will have to be continued at a later time. Don, Carl, and Melissa head out in the dinghy back to their dock. Robert and I do a little reading, and are heading to bed shortly.

There's a wonderful breeze coming down the hatches!!! I bet we'll sleep well tonight!!
