We are slowly getting ready to leave.....As we don't have anybody scheduled to come on the boat this time, we can afford to take it easy...
I took the opportunity to have the local "Dingy Guy" have a look at our small leak that I've been sealing for years now with some marine sealant. (It's in a "bad" spot underneath a seam)
Anyway he thought it was no problem so i had him fix it today...
.... typical for anyone working on you're boat around here after a while, the guy asked me if i would be interested in having him sealing my teak in the cockpit as well ($100 & Material)...
(drumming up new work is as important as actually working on a job)
As soon as he mentioned it Jill's head popped out of the hatch smiling across the whole face - ear to ear
everything else is history = the teak will now be sealed ..
We might leave tomorrow or Monday .. possibly heading up to Barbuda before sailing to St Barth.. Barbuda would our usual stopover for a few days .. but customs won't let you stay more then 1 day anymore when heading up north :-(
