Last Gasp in Civilization

We left Oceanside on a beautifully clear Friday morning, but half way to Mission Bay the fog closed in and stayed all the way into the bay and Harbor Island......thought we got rid of that! When we were looking for our dock and slip assignment, a simple question "Anyone know where B29 is?" was all it took to bring out a bevy of HaHa'ers who happily greeted us and put down their drinks long enough to help up with our docklines.....its going to be a long week.... We're looking forward to catching up with old friends from our Ensenada days, tending to a few last boat details and enjoying one of our favorite towns.
This morning, Monday, we're cleaning up the remnants of the first "official" dock party, and we can see workers handtrucks all along the dock. Looks like we're not the only ones with some last minute details!
I've got a few last minute client details to finish up and then I'm on vacation until after we get into Cabo.
Since we're leaving civilization for a few weeks, it is hard to resist the last minute "think we'll need one of these?" impulses, but the boat isn't getting any bigger and we've run out of places to put things. So there. End of Story. No more shopping.
