Well, tomorrow the last group of summer folks leave. Then we shut the runway down and bunker in for the winter. So far the weather has been pretty good. There is little snow on station still, but that won't last much longer, you can feel it in the wind...winter is on it's way. After the plane leaves tomorrow we can actually call ourselves the winterovers, and start counting down the days till the summer folk return and we can go some place warm and sunny. It's vicious cycle. Can't wait for them to leave then can't wait for them to return.
