I'll be crewing in the 2009 ARC race across the Atlantic arriving in Saint Lucia in mid December. At that time I'll be seeking new adventures. Any offers will be considered.
I enjoy spending time at sea and have quite a bit of experience. Long crossings don't bother me nor does sea-sickness. Ocean travel suits me well. My last crew job was on a 60' carbon fiber racing sailboat across the Pacific Ocean from the Galapagos Islands to New Zealand via the Marquesas and Cook Islands. Currently I'm working on a magazine article about that voyage. I have a valid US passport and references (listed below). I am very fit, drug free, non-smoking/ no strange dietary or religious hang-ups. I'm competent, attentive, reliable, hard working,& easy to get along with (and live a clean life while at sea). Seasickness is something I haven't experienced since I was a small child. Fishing and diving, no problem! I am single, proficient in Spanish and am able to travel anywhere.
