Family

Well if you are wondering what happened to us we've been spending time with my Norn Iron relatives. Weather has been stunning (more later) and we have stayed a week in Carrickfergus (of the song name).
We had the most glorious sail down the Antrim coast leaving Glenarm at 8am to catch the tide, got the sails up and the fresh coffee on. As the day warmed up we looked at each other and smiled, this is some Thursday morning in the office, a broad reach in a NE F3, ghosting along at 5 knots heaven!!!!!!!!!!!

Then it was into Belfast Lough and heading to Carrickfergus, a little local council owned marina under a Norman Castle

We stayed for a week before heading to County Down and Ardglass, Van Morrison Country!
