Upon arriving at St Ignace which is the town across the way from the Mackinac island the crew unloaded the truck full of Our cruising stuff. The truck I had packed with not an inch to spare and had driven to St Ignace. It was filled with the Dingy, two folding bikes, spare cruising sails, roller blades, camping gear, clothes, books, you name it we have it. All part of living this new kind of life. Our kayaks and food were already aboard luckily. One little boy passing by us at the harbor commented to his Mom, "that kind of a messy boat". Well I can't deny that. The crew drove that truck home and I arrived back by bus. Are you confused yet, don't try to make sense of it just know people ended up where they were suppose to be in the end!i arrived in St Ignes from a 15 hour bus ride to find Doug there with our fold up bikes. We biked back to the marina with all my stuff on his back. We spent the day there riding around town and listening to a local band play at the harbour that night, country band of course. Provisioned as well as we could we went to bed ready for our journey to new territory to begin the next day.
