The directory name is used in a member's URL and for upload image storage and other uses.
Example:
http://www.sailblogs.com/member/directoryname/
This name must be unique in the SailBlogs system. If another member has already registered with a name you're trying, you'll receive an error message. Try using an alternate name:
Example: if the name "newton" is being used, try:
- svnewton
- newton_seattle
- sailnewton
- catnewton
- custom research papers
- essay writing
- etc
The above examples illustrate how adding some info, like hailing port or boat type, can make the name unique.
NOTE: Avoid using special characters in directory names
