SailBlogsVR (for Video and Remote) is a Premium Membership that extends the capabilities of SailBlogs Basic by allowing you to post journal entries and photos to your blog via email, as well as allowing video clips in your blog posts.

Video

With SailBlogsVR, you have the ability to add a new dimension to your blog - sound and video. With many digital cameras having the ability to record short video as well, SailBlogs makes it a snap to add these short clips to your blog, just as you would a still photo.

Remote

If you are going offshore, and using a satellite phone and/or data provider, or SSB email system (like SailMail), SailBlogs Remote allows you to keep your blog up to date effortlessly.

For remote posting, SailBlogs has been designed to use standard text-based email for maximum efficiency and minimal airtime costs.

Even when not going offshore, blog owners have found that using Remote can also minimize the time required to update the journal, leaving more time for enjoying the sail and spending less time in front of the computer.
