Day 252 Tuesday 13/12/16
Wind NW 10-40 Sea
Went for a walk into Hobart so that Ron could buy some Tassie T shirts for his boys and I could buy some epoxy for repairing the radar.
Decided to move camp up the river so that Ron and Vindy could visit the Mona museum more easily. After refueling we motored up to the Prince of Wales bay marina.
Spotted another Leopard 40 in Newtown bay on the way. Also looked at a large wave peacing cat under construction at Incat.
It started blowing hard from the North as we approached the marina.,David the marina manager and Trevor from the adjoining cat gave us a hand to tie up.
The boys caught a taxi to the Mona but returned shortly afterwards saying it was closed on Tuesdays.
Glued the damaged plastic radar dome with Epiglue epoxy.
Cleaned the boat down with the pressure cleaner as the hot northerly wind just about dried it instantly.
Cooked up some tacos for dinner.
