Remember I said, a lot of cleaning. The engine was dirty. A little rust and a whole much of black dusty belt material.
Well, if your belt is loose and your wheels are rusty. You detroy your belt.
When the boat was delivered to the marina for storage, it shredded the belt.
I bought a few new belts, cleaned the wheels, lubricated with silicone grease and oiled the engine. TLC goes a long way. At least a start.
