Sailing to American Samoa

We are enroute to American Samoa, for long overdue re-provisioning and to pick up the kids' school books for next year.
It is nice sailing so far and we hauled in a 4' Dorado in time for dinner last night. The fish went nuts when we brought him aboard and thrashed uncontrollably all over the cockpit. I thought for a while it would successfully go over the companionway door and down into the cabin. During the melee, the darn thing bit Timothy on the ankle and he is now sporting a bunch of punctures in his leg. Once again we wish we had a fridge. There was much too much fish for us, though I stuffed myself valiantly for the last 12 hours.
