Today, the SHA, may she always be obeyed, decided the boat should be painted red. Now, the FC and the CM did try to reason with her that boats should never be painted red. It is unlucky, they cajoled. The boat could be mistaken for a hospital ship and accidentally bombed by the US Navy, they pleaded. More heat could be absorbed, which would blow up the AC, they beseeched.

To no avail. The boat became red.

Now she wants it white again...
