Had a blast with Team Marva bringing down some birds in my first successful hunt. Mamabear cooked them in a delicious homemade recipe, and we enjoyed every last bite!

It is so difficult to describe the beauty of these geese up close. They are perfect in the placement of feathers, graceful in flight, silent formed wings, and it is truly humbling to witness their beauty-even after death.

A truly Zhivago-esque day with fantastic bleak scenery and ice cold surroundings of white landscape, patiently waiting for waterfowl to approach.
