Time to replacement our Force 10 range! Two thermocouples seem to have issues and it's worth the cost of buying a new one rather than replacing burners. Out with the old and in with the new! Purchased at the boat show, provides much greater cooking temp control, window in door, and 3 burners rather than 4. Many times boats from Europe, (ours was built in England), come with 4 burners so that the classically trained chefs may use their many petite sauce pots to create just the right glaze for beef bourgegnon or duck ala orangé.

However, we "etas-unis" families prefer big pot meals that can be thrown together and made delicious by mamma bear!

In reality, we rarely have more than 2 burners on at once and the three burner surface gives us much more flexibility for cooking with a large family.
