Talk about being in the right place at the right time! We were having lunch and noticed a newly built pizza oven. When we asked owner about it, she said they were still learning how to.use it! Well--in no time were we set up and having the most incredible pizzas in the Pacific! Thanks to Victoria/Tony at Hio Cafe, Chef Jeff on Seahorse, and Heavy Sevy for stoking up a mean fire in the box!
