A rough passage from Great Barrier to Arid (Rakitu) island. Only a 4 hour run, but rolly conditions and persistent swell make our stomachs churn. Happy to finally arrive to this sheltered anchorage, we quickly drop the anchor and take a few moments to enjoy the scenery.

Ask when we got there and all say the trip was definitely not worth it. Ask a few days later and the answer is "Dad, when can we go back?!"
