A last minute visit from Peter & Sarah as they visiting their son competing in National Farming Championships. They were our first airbnb that we rented in Dargaville, on the north island. That was Christmas 2019, when we though we would only be in NZ for 5 months! Well, folks, it has almost been 21 months!

We learned so much from them about NZ, farmers, and horses! If you remember, the kids rode with Sarah, and we have now seen them about 4 times throughout NZ. They are hard to properly describe but I would say that they are the kind of people who have seen it all, get along with everyone, and can roll through whatever comes their way.

We had a lovely lunch, took a hike up Opihi Gorge, and wrapped up with some shopping in town. Thanks for a great time over many months here!
