Made it to San Diego and my mom's house on Mission Bay. Today the weather is warm enough to go for a morning walk around the bay in shorts and tee shirt. Really hard to beat the weather in San Diego, never cold or hot, just cool, warm or just right. Only drawback I think is that the ocean water is always on the cool or cold side (which creates some fog or overcast in spring). Anyway, look to be spending some time here with family for the holidays. Feels good to be back in the hometown.
