National Hangover Day!!

White Sound Anchorage
What have we done since Christmas - well nothing of note and so this blog is particularly short and sweet.
Officially classed as National Hangover Day in the Bahamas, New Year's Day is very quiet.
I took some photographs on deck just after dawn this morning - sharp reflections in the still water -usually there is some movement but there was nothing, nobody, not a sound save four squawking parakeets that swirled overhead for about ten minutes.
No doubt things will get active later today but for the moment I will sit here quietly drinking my first cup of tea of 2012!
