We are back in contact. I was going a little crazy. We ended up having to pay for service but it is working. We are currently anchored out side of Green Turtle Club Marina. It is COLD. The last few days have been stuck at the dock. We were stuck in West End 3 days with really high winds but we were able to go into town shop a little and meet so very nice people. There were quite a few of us stuck at the dock.
We left on the 3rd for Great Sale the seas were glass it was very clam and not much wind so a nice slow sail. We spent a night anchored with cloud coverage and pitch black nothing in sight. This is a very strange feeling, there is nothing around you at all and no light.
We pulled anchor and headed for Green Turtle first thing the seas were a little rough but not to bad. We arrived at Green Turtle about 4:45pm and Danny you would have loved this. 4.5 ft at low tide well need less to say we bumped HARD. He got her off but I think we went up about 8 inches. No more barnicles in that spot, and we did not charge for the newly dregded channel into Green Turtle. We had a chance to go into the marina and have dinner at the club. We met some of the cruisers we have been traveling around but it is really COLD here. Not sure when we are going to get out of here because we have to wait for the clearing of THE WHALE. Hopefully tomorrow will be better weather we are hopeing for a warm up. Hope everyone is well. We miss you all.
