We left St. Simon's Island on Saturday, June 2nd. Ric's sister Kathy and friend Adele are our new crew to St. Augustine. The trip was in the "no sail zone" the whole way. So it was pretty relaxing--crossword puzzles and cocktails.

Today we explored Fernandina Beach and met some wonderful people. We were searching for an old cemetery and asked directions. After a few minutes of conversation, Josh kindly offered us a ride and we offered him support in his new direction of teaching elementary school. Things happen for a reason.

Tonight we are off for a delicious meal at a local French restaurant. Bon Appetit!
