Well we took a little sail to Oshawa with Terry and Nancy and a number of other Whitby sailboats. The purpose of this trip was an informal race and of course the consumption of food that isn't good for you! All of the boats arrived basically at the same time and it looked like a parade. We all tied up to the wall and proceeded to consume a few beverages of a sociable nature. Once we had unwound enough from the strenuous race we proceeded to the park and consumed some very good ribs and chicken.

It was starting to get late so we made our way to the boat to sail back to Whitby. It was a great night sail back. Believe it or not it takes a couple hours to sail between Whitby and Oshawa!
