Andromeda’s climate control

08 December 2018 | Isla Mujeres, Mexico
Cap'n GSH
Never do I suffer from the tropical heat inside Andromeda. She is equipped with 3 a/c, reverse cycle heat units: 18,000; 12,000; and 9,000 btu respectively for a total of 39,000 btu of cooling capacity. Enough capacity to cool adequately with any 2. Her 18,000 and 12,000 btu units are each remotely WiFi controlled by their 40 amp wifi controlled circuit breakers.

I have them wired as parallel power sources so the function of Andromeda's OEM electronic panel remains.
Before my departing flight I turn on Andromeda's reefer 1. After I land at the Cancun airport, I can turn on 39,000 btu of a/c. I enter Andromeda's perfect ambient temperature cabin, open reefer 1, seize a cold beer, sit, and enjoy!
