Bondi Beach

Cam "H"
Today saw us take a taxi ride over to Bondi Beach; we were tourists in our own country. Believe it or not Sydney is all an new experience for us both. We have both been inside Sydney Airport on various flights in and out of Australia and way back in 1994 I was part of a fire fighting task force deployed to New South Wales to assist with the suppression of some very nasty bush fires that they had up here at the time but we have never been in this part of Sydney before.
It was early in the morning when we arrived in Bondi and that is a very good time to be here, the streets were quiet, the beach itself was almost deserted, we had no trouble finding a table for morning coffee and the people were friendly.
After lunch we went to the Westfield shopping complex at Bindi Junction and had a lovely catch up with Fiona (Pivo), she was catching a flight back to Perth this afternoon. All up it was a great day exploring off Annecam.

Life is wonderful on and off Annecam.
