Anne
Tonight we are moored at Lagoon Cove. Never before have I spent so many nights in the company of others. We always have been anchored out, no mooring available. Alaska is missing the "boat" as it were, folks. We need these little float house communities! Each has it's own sort of trademark identity. Here, the owners provide a float house 'happy hour" at five sharp. You bring your own beverage, some apps and they provide the prawns! It appears we shall eat our way through the Broughtons.
I officially notified the Willard Group of our desire to sell Lady Anne and already received what appears to be a serious inquiry. Rut-row, what if she sells right away?
As to the next boat, we have developed an abiding respect and desire for a Krogan 42. The newer ones are a little rich for our blood, but the hull and displacement, the craftsmanship and quality have always reminded us of a Willard.
