New Foresail for Aramis

Paul and I raised the new foresail on Aramis this morning. It's a custom made 130% genoa built by the Carol Hasse loft. As with all things to do with boats, it soon came down again so that a couple patches could be sewn on to prevent wear were it rubs...

Our weather router has advised that we hang on in Port Townsend until at least the end of the week.

There was a possible weather window for a departure this Wednesday however he recommended against it. So we have a few more days to finish off...

Last Minute Projects in Port Townsend WA

Cool days here now that fall has arrived. The expert staff at Brian Toss are adding a new staysail stay and preventers on the main boom. Once this is done, we will add a couple new sails from Carol Hasse's loft.
