Paul and I raised the new foresail on Aramis this morning. It's a custom made 130% genoa built by the Carol Hasse loft. As with all things to do with boats, it soon came down again so that a couple patches could be sewn on to prevent wear were it rubs against the spreaders.

Paul has also purchased a new staysail from the loft. The staysail is a heavy weather sail that can be hoisted on a removable inner forestay. We hope we will not need it on the upcoming voyage but good to have just in case.
