We stopped in Manzanilla for a swim and lunch. At one stop Jesse had acquired a full roti lunch with dalpuri roti skins as well as buss up shot skins. We used our roti skins to pinch up bits of Baigan choka (roasted eggplant), pumpkin, stewed goat, beef or chicken livers and mango chutney. For desert we had pineapple chow.
