We had a leisurely morning at the Osprey Marina; having coffee and doughnuts at the main office.. (while turning in bathroom keys, etc.)...
There was ICE on the docks this morning ... very slippery...

Casting off at 1000 hours....
Susan had to work a bit to get us out of our slip... we had to use a warp to make us back to port, around this corner at the marina... (as our left handed prop would have us "walking" to starboard ... Not good here).

But once out of the slip, it was only 10 miles from Osprey Marina to Cow House creek, where our friends Anne and John Fazzio (s/v Steelaway- triple masted schooner) are anchored...

We're now anchored a little ways down Cow House Creek....
We spent the afternoon, and evening with John and Anne; joined by Tom and Marylou from s/v Dalmation. FUN DAY!!!!

Great meal at the Yellow Banana (Wacca wache Marina), this evening...

We actually have CBS tonight (touch wood) on TV... even in Cow House Creek...

Tomorrow we'll work our way down the Waccamaw River to Winyah Bay....
then we'll make decisions on whether to try the inside route to Charleston, or do the practical thing and sail the ocean.... and skip the shoaled areas of SC.
