Partial Log for 8 FEB 2017 -- AB at Man-O-War Cay
Yesterday, Tuesday was a day of AB projects, and shopping.
We replaced the small (2200 GPH) bilge pump, but the price paid for a new Johnson pump here in the Abacos was absolutely ridiculous.
However, it's a matter of boat security, so I guess it's worth it, despite the price.
A little shopping at the local grocery store followed the shopping at the marine store.
We also added gasoline to the dinghy tank... We've been running it pretty hard the last few days...(beach party, to town, etc.).
We're making water again. I re-wired the circuit breaker HOT line with some large gauge wire, and "shot it" this AM for temperature with the infra-red "gun". NICE temperature. The water maker is getting better with each run and back-flush. They really are "made to run" (not to sit).
We had a nice lunch at the Man-O-War Marina's "dock & Dine", while shopping yesterday.
Today the only thing scheduled is a dinghy ride into the South Sound to see if there are any vacant moorings to be had for this upcoming weather event (Thursday night FRiday)...

Wonderful time at a Finger-Lakes wine tasting tour, organized by our daughter, Ruth.
The tour was followed by a B-day celebration, and dinner at a local restaurant.
Friends, and Relatives gathered from all over NY, and PA. GREAT TIME !!!

Traveling with Benny and Lisa on the S/V Rhiannon, and then Ilene, and Roger, on the s/v ILENE. Beautiful Beaufort SC until we had to leave before our anchor let GO in a blow and tide... and a wonderful ST. Mary's Thanksgiving.
