I have been in the port side berth most of the day cleaning, prepping, and grinding away at the hole that I have to fix. The hole is now a mostly one inch by three foot hole that will need reglassing. All itchy right now looking forward to a nice shower. Maybe tomorrow I'll start the first layer of glass.

Very exciting day! I have finally purchased my 'new' boat! It is a 1983 ComPac 19. Needs some work, i.e.-fiberglass repair to foot long port side crack and needing new sails and some other small stuff but a lot of boat for the money! $750 and on a trailer that's been rewired with new lights to boot!
