Again, Peter is wiring our new Garmin to the panel in hopes that it will talk with our VHF - most importantly the AIS ( locating system in case of need). Armed with new wire, connections, websites and knowledge we are confident that it will work this time. If so, that means when Blaine gets here at 2:00, he can focus on the radar. We have begun to have the talks about destinations vs. journey- knowing that even if we don't go to Nova Scotia we are still blessed with time, Avelinda, each other, and the best sailing in the world right here in Maine.
