Finally, after a month in the Noumea area, it looks like we have a weather window for our passage to NZ. It's not ideal, but with a little zig-zagging around various weather features and judicious use of the engines, we should make NZ in 7-8 days. If this forecast holds together, we should leave tomorrow (Nov 3). We will try to keepthis blog updated of our progress. Unfortunately no pictures sincewe are up loading at sea via satphone. Looking forward to revisiting New Zealand.
