Another great day!

We just completed our 4th full 24 hour period at sea. It is Saturday NZ time, and the wind has just shifted to southerlies and is expected to build to 25 kts or so. We are making great time heading ENE at 7-9 kts, and deciding on our sail configuration for over night. Earlier this morning, while the winds were less than 10 kts, Gavin caught a beautiful yellow fin tuna. The guys cleaned it, I coated some of the fillets in black and white sesame seeds and we had grilled tuna with orange ginger sauce, rice and salad for lunch. AMAZING!! (you know how I like my tuna!) And we have another 5 lbs or so in the freezer for our future dining pleasure. Its been a great day so far!
