What else have we done to her (we will continue to update this section)

Since we bought her we have done a bit of additional work. We have added:
Ebersbacher heating - which was excellent in UK waters but has had no use since in the Med!
Navtex - works great everywhere we go.
AIS - would not travel without it.
Solar panels. BUT - still don't feel like we have solved the power balance - looking to add another domestic battery.
A multi adaptor gas bottle kit. It means we should be able to get onto pretty much any bottle in the world. But still trying to figure out not to run out of gas.
Parasailor - supposed to be a great sail for downwind passages - but yet to get this up.
2 additional cockpit winches to help with handling the Parasailor.
Thinking about:
- SSB radio - or Sat Com - which is best?
- Pacific Windpilot - gets great reviews - no power required.
- Watermaker - any recommendations?
- Viking liferaft - looks like the Dogs B's - is it worth it?
- Aquagen / Hydrogenerator - big difference in price here - not sure?
