Film Review
25 March 2020 | Santa Cruz, Galapagos Islands. Ecuador

We are now seeking to vary our blog topics, so today we will do a film review.
We have watched three films in the last week. Here are the scores on the doors:
The Angels’ Share: strong language (some translation was required), a dark start but a lovely finish (almost sounds like a whisky review); moral of the story is something about recognising and using the talents you have been given. 4.5/5
Flight Plan: really intense; hard to see where it’s going next; edge of the seat but requires just a touch of willing suspension of disbelief. Always love a bit of Jodi Foster (says G&D). 4/5
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: a classic; what a cast! A great start but a poor finish given that the 2nd half of the film was missing from the copy we had. Mmm… a good job Dave knows how it turns out. We are awaiting his re-enactment of the ending. ?/5
Films that we can’t review because they have been vetoed by the crew: Adrift; Dead Calm; All is Lost; Alone at Sea; Jaws.
