th May 1999....Left Bonifacio at 0930 hours, for Vecchio, arrived 1600 hours, strong winds, so used two anchors, it was a lovely town, so spent the next day there.

th June...Porto Vecchio to Solenzara, going into there marina. This was a lovely charismatic port, would love to come back to Corsica.

th June...Solenzara to Elba, 61 miles away, leaving at 0545 hours. but a change of plan, as wind was on the nose, so went up coast to Bastia, and went into the marina there.
This place again was very rustic, went out to dinner and had Fruit de Mar.

th June...1245 hours, decided to sail to to Elba, and anchored on the SW tip called Barbatoia, very pretty

th June...Sail to Golf de Campo, left 1600 hours arrived 1900 hours.
