No idea where the time went but we are finally ready....or close enough ! The equipment checks out, the provisions are loaded and the shoreside responsibility list is all checked off.
Sapphire is a bit stern heavy, but then who isn't these days.. We'll work on that later.
In an attempt to escape the heat and humidity of our Saw Mill Bay home port for the last 30 years and to get this journey in motion we sailed out to Six Town island in Henderson Bay for the evening. Once there and and settled in we launched the dinghy and zipped over to say hi to some old sailing friends already at anchor.
