The CAA fleet is just staring to gather in Louisburg. 3 other boats here now, 2 of which we have previously met in remote ports (Chile and Newfoundland). The third is a suspect a charter boat (looks like perhaps a swan 90) and the charterers have not yet shown up.

There is a very nicely refinished/rebuilt old french fort in the harbour. The locals had hoped that it would draw tourism to replace the fishing, but it does not seem to have been as successful as hoped - perhaps it is just simply too far down the road for most tourists.
