Up the Loire River`

In Île d’Yeu, we went for a nice walk along the coast. The landscape was flat with some beaches and grass. It was very warm that day. The next day, we sailed up the Loire river to the city of Nantes. It was pouring rain so we stayed on the boat most of the day. When we were cruising in Greenland a few years ago, we sailed with the Water Dogs and a French family on the boat Oleo. They live in Nantes, so we invited them over. It was nice to see them again after two years. Lilly had to leave early and go to Lisbon, so the next day we walked her to the taxi. There was a museum filled with gigantic wooden animals that moved that Dad and Jonas went into (I wanted to go too, but we had to take turns because Sirius wasn’t allowed in and by the time they came out, it was time to go). We left Sirius on Blue Hour and took the tram to the Oleo’s house, where we had been invited to dinner. On the tram, Mom suddenly said that she saw Sirius walking down the street. We screamed that they should stop the train and made a big scene so that we could get off, because it wasn’t a stop. We ran down the street towards Sirius. Then we realized that it wasn’t Sirius, but a lookalike dog. When we finally got to the Oleo’s house, we had quiche for dinner and I made chocolate cake for dessert.
