I have been quite remiss in keeping up this blog and can only say that each season in the Caribbean has been spectacular with new islands,ports and adventures each day. After returning from wintering in the Caribbean via the Bahamas in May, we are so excited to be returning to Maine. Blue Pearl, unlike her crew, has never been to Maine. A trip to Nova Scotia two years ago was her only northerly voyage.

So with just us aboard, we leave tomorrow for Cape Cod, to meet our daughter for the weekend then on to Maine for lobsters, a schooner music festival and visits to our old stomping ground in Penobscot Bay. We expect standard North Atlantic weather, hot, with lots of fog and lots of traffic. Steve and Linda
